14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To begin a return, contact us before sending anything back.

Return conditions

Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept supplements or consumable products once their protective seal has been opened, except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

After the return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome by email. Eligible refunds are issued using the original payment method. Original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping are not refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty or supplied in error.

How to request a return

Email i.need@supply.horse with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason if relevant. This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
