About these terms

These terms apply when you use supply.horse or buy products from IRKOI d.o.o., Vinica 15, 8344 Vinica, Slovenia. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.

Products and product information

We present products and availability as accurately as possible. Equimins products are nutritional supplements and do not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment or a balanced feeding programme. If your horse has a medical condition, consult a qualified veterinarian before use.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices, applicable taxes, available delivery options and total charges are displayed at checkout before you submit an order. We may need to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or the order cannot be fulfilled safely.

Delivery, returns and liability

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Consumer returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds page, including the 14-day EU withdrawal period where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
